Regulations for clients:

  • Masks must be worn by all persons at all times. Clientele must be wearing masks that loop behind the ear (be advised that color services will stain masks. Please refrain from wearing masks with valves or vents in them)

  • At this time, a $5 fee will be added to every appointment to cover costs of mandated PPE

  • Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service (clients later than 15 minutes will not be able to be accommodated).

  • Ring doorbell or call when outside, at time of appointment. You must wash/ sanitize your hands upon entering the building.

  • The salon is currently by-appointment only, we are not accepting walk-ins 

  • No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment (if a caretaker is needed please let us know beforehand to make arrangements).

  • Only bring small items that can be kept on your person, no food or beverages

  • Card, NFC or cash for payment, tips are cash or personal check only.

  • Per MA COVID-19 Travel Order, if you have traveled anywhere aside from the designated “low-risk states”, please refrain from coming in to the salon until you have completed the mandated 14 day quarantine or received a negative test result

  • If you are feeling unwell, have ANY symptoms of Covid-19, have been exposed to anyone with positive test results or symptoms of Covid-19, or you or anyone in your household are awaiting test results please reschedule for a later date (cancellation fees will be waived in these instances)

Salon standards for Staff:


  • Masks will be worn at all times

  • All staff will wash and sanitize hands upon entering the building.

  • All stylists are trained in medical-grade disinfecting and sanitizing as part of licensure.

  • Furthermore all members of staff have received certification from Barbicide® on proper Covid-19 cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing.

  • All stylist’s equipment and stations will be disinfected between every client

  • Shampoo sinks and chairs will be disinfected after every use

  • All staff will wash hands and change gloves and smocks in between each client. 

  • Our payment portal will be wiped with alcohol after every transaction.

  • Common areas and door handles will be disinfected regularly
